Before I started my journey, I was convinced I had the right mindset. I was fixed on the fact that what I thought about my circumstances were fact and there was nothing I could do to change it - whether good or bad. But I was wrong.

This FIXED mindset closed me off to any kind of real progress and I suffered from the same problems repeating themselves over and over and over. And that's exactly why I kept experiencing them - I was fixed. In order for anything to be different, I had to first start by doing things differently!

Justin and I will be talking about the mindset paradoxes, the daily practice, what it looks like, how to change it at will, and how it affects your work, goals, personal life and relationships!
